Using solid hardwood, we create a wall or ceiling surface in a computer model, or work from yours, then bend the wood to those specs. Architects and designers can provide drawings for fabrication, and the result will be best when the design considers the capabilities of the wood bending.
Fluted Beams pushes wood further in wood bending than anyone else in the world, allowing us to create just about any complex three dimensional shape in our solid hardwood panels. 12 hardwood species available, including Hard and Soft Maple, Red and White Oak, Beech, Hickory, Black Locust, Elm, Ash, Sassafras, Cherry and Walnut.
